Universal No 1 Hand Crank Vintage Meat Grinder/Food Chopper and Accessories - $20 - (Mansfield, AR)

I'm not sure this has ever been used. The booklet or pamphlet is in the bottom of the box. All the parts are there. This is a grinder manufactured by the Universal chopper Div. of Union MFG. CO. Meriden, Conn. There is a small spot of rust on the front surface from storage. See photo. I believe it could be removed by a good cleaning. Thank you for looking.
