Fred Bear Archery Recurve Bow 1964 Tamerlane - $980 - (Mogadore, OH)

Look closely at this RH 1964 Bear Archery Tamerlane recurve bow in excellent plus condition with the original white case and zipper fob. Beautiful Brazilian Rosewood riser with faded white glass limbs. Limb tips and back of riser are overlaid with brown glass..one small glass stress wouldn't show up in pics. The tips are solid as is every part of this amazing recurve! The deluxe adjustable window sight is like new as well. These early ones are the most beautiful in my opinion and don't become available very often. I have owned and shot this one for around 20 years and have always taken good care of it. It currently has a custom multi-colored string as well as tip guards on it which are included. The case is also in excellent condition. I am including one dozen Port Orford Cedar arrows custom built in my shop. These are spline matched 31" arrows, lacquer dipped, crested, tipped with 11/32dia ,145g field points. I clear coated these arrows for lasting durability in the field. They are a beautiful set. Also included is this custom made very high quality full leather quiver complete with three zippered compartments, pencil holder, 4 arrow tubes, and belt clips. The upper most compartment is removable and can be carried separately via belt loops. I have never had this quiver in the field...it is NOS. This is a superbly crafted American made quiver built of materials and skill commensurate with the quality of the Tamerlane bow and custom the Cedar arrows included in the sale!
