VINTAGE 1945-1946 THE MARTIN ALTO SAXOPHONE WITH CASE AND MOUTHPIECE SN/153464 - $950 - (Heflin, AL)

This is a vintage 1945-1946 The Martin Alto Saxophone S/N 153464 with Case and Mouthpiece. Neck and Horn has Matching Serial Numbers(shown in the photos). Has a Selmer (Paris) Mouthpiece. Does have lots of lacquer wear and some tarnish spots. I see only two small dents about 4 inches under the Bell close to 2 large keys that has a large guard over them and 1 dent below the bell section close to the large key on the other side. It has a very few tiny dings. Pads are present and inspected and probably needs to be replaced because of the age of them. It is missing the guard at the bottom at the large key right at the bottom bend section. Very nice Saxophone but would need some finish refurbishing.
