13" Shirley Temple Doll Stand Up and Cheer Red Polka Dot Dress Ideal Novelty Toy Corp. View photos as part of description. More photos available. I believe this Shirley Temple doll was purchased in 1935 after the movie "Stand Up and Cheer" was released in 1934. I am an original family owner and know that the doll has always been stored in a smoke free environment and in a humidity controlled environment since 1978. There is no crazing and there are no cracks but there are age spots on the legs. No unusual smells. She has clear eyes and the sleep eyes work. There is some deterioration of eye lashes. The photos show that her dress, face, hands, and arms have dirt that need to be cleaned. I have not cleaned the doll, nor have I tried to make any repairs so that an objective evaluation can be made.
