Mabie Todd Swan "52" Lapis Blue Fountain Pen, Restored, Flexible Nib Up for auction is a beautiful restored Lapis Blue Mabie Todd Swan 52 Fountain Pen. The pen is in great condition with a beautiful flexible Mabie Todd 14k nib stamped: “Mabie Todd & Co N.Y. 2”. The pen is 5 3/8 inches long and utilizes a leaver bar to fill the pen. The cap has a gold plated clip with “SWAN PEN” written at the top and gold plated cap bands. The barrel has a strong imprint (see pictures). The pen has been thoroughly disassembled, cleaned, re-sacked, re-assembled and hand polished. The nib flows smoothly producing a fine to broad line. There are no cracks or chips on the pen. The pen is near mint, and writes like a dream. It is also very rare, particularly in this condition.
