US #5052a New BCA Flag Rare IMPERF & MISSING COLOR PNC of 8 EFO/ERROR XF MNH Niceley centered mint nh strip of 8 with PARTIAL PLATE NUMBER B11 Strip is completely imperforate and missing the light blue color of the USA FOREVER and the year. The strip is from the start of a coil roll of 100 where all of the stamps were missing the die cutting and the first 28 stamps were missing color. This is from the recently issued BCA coil The strip has the starting perforation at the left, then a PNC strip of 7. There are some areas at the top where some excess paper is present, and the 3rd stamp has a vertical crease which is not visible in the scan. An extremely scarce error PNC!!!
