N6 most Canbus adapter for Dynavin installation on Mercedes W211 and others. This makes the kit plug and play for vehicles with fiber optics to retain factory amplifier with installation.  Sometimes people forget at installation, Green/white harness plugs directly into one of the extra Canbus terminals which is typically under the passenger side of the dash. This allows your pcm to talk to the radio to tell it to turn on and off, transmit data to cluster rds, operate steering wheel controls, back lighting etc. This will allow radio station info,  Navi info etc on your cluster just as the OEM radio.
