iPhone 5c Logic Board Motherboard Can't Restore Error - for Parts or Repair - $9 - (Britt, MN)

5C logic board that won't restore completely. It goes for a while, but stops and I get error -1. The liquid damage indicator is triggered and it's missing the chip shield near the bottom. I do know iCloud is off and the IMEI is clear. It's 8gb and either Verizon or AT&T. I'm pretty sure I know which back it came from, so I can get you the IMEI upon request.
