Restored 1953 ELGIN Alarm Clock All parts of this clock has been Cleaned and polished ,Case had a ultrasound bath. adjusted and oiled balance wheel. You can see by the photo's nice and clean and no rust on the back. The date code on the inside of the bell housing is 1953, it has brass and steel workings. The clock and case are made in Japan. It keeps great time and the alarm works. It has some tiny scratches and slight yellowing on the right side of the clock, I think it was on a night stand near a window. the last 2 photo's will show the blemishes. I tried to use a closeup shot with the flash to bring out the yellowing, also a closeup shot of the face to show the tiny scratches.
