It has never been used or installed, but the box it came in is in rough shape thanks to my daughter rushing to open it before I could check that it would fit our door. It didn't. So now I'm selling it here for less than I paid for it. It comes with the flap and frame, all hardware for installing it, and a template to help cut out the right sized hole.
