Up for grabs is a Basler Electric plate transformer for a Continental 316-F1 10,000 watt am transmitter. This transformer is used, but works like new. It is dusty, and has a few minor dings due to its age. It has the following 3 phase delta input voltages:+5%, 0, 208, 230, 267, and 295 input volts. Its output voltage is 6700 volts, @2.04 amps. It's KVA rating is 23.6, and a 9.50 KVW rating. It will provide 10,000 volts of DC output through a properly designed power supply, with enough power to power a transmitter to a level of 10,000+ watts. If it is to be used in a 5,000 watt transmitter, use the 295 volt delta primary hookups. Then its output voltage will be 5,000 volts @ 1.65 ampers, enough to provide 5,000 watts of RF from a 5,000 transmitter.
