An ideal 1st double horn for a young player. We think it's the best instrument available at anywhere near the price. This Antigua double horn is a Kruspe/Conn style instrument but with a slightly smaller bell flare, perfect for student hands. The valves (which are the best we've ever seen on an instrument in this price range)are tapered for better fit and long life, with modern mechanical linkages that never need adjustment or restringing. The bell is a little heavier to stand up to the rigors of student use and the entire instrument is made of gold brass so it will never corrode. A mouthpiece and a light, sturdy vacuum formed case are included.
