large LAMP ceramic pottery blue white dripped vintage old antique - $395 - (New Philadelphia, OH)

Large pottery ceramic blue white dripped vintage lamp.round ceramic part is 39 inches diameter and the lamp is 28 inches tall.that does not enclude bracket that holds lamp shade.there are 8 round cut out holes on the ceramic part.the base in metal(not sure if it is brass copper maybe steel.this lamp sure could use some cleaning) after some tlc it will be very beautiful! Ni brakes chips cracks to the ceramic part and i have no tested light part.thanks for looking and have a wonderful day.
