Blankenship Variplex 0-50 Watt Variac Tube Amplifier Amp and 4x12 Cab - $1,800 - (Panama City, FL)
Blankenship Variplex head and 4x12 cabinet. This is a great take on the Plexi platform. On one hand it's a clone of a '68 Marshall Plexi, but on the other hand it's wired with a variac that works to make this a 0-50 watt head. It's suitable for any situation I can think of, from the bedroom to the stage! We're selling it the way we received it: with a 4x12 cab loaded with Eminence Ragin Cajun speakers. I'm not sure what make the cab is since there isn't a name on it. It has a great staggered speaker design that saves a lot of space though. The head and cab are an awesome match tonally. Both head and cab are in excellent condition. There is one tear in the tolex on the back edge of the head (see pic).
