Bought this mower new from a local dealer.Only used the mower to mow my 3/4 acre lawn. No commercial use.No issues with the mower. In well maintained condition with only 162 hours.The mower has a factory installed mulching attachment and a tow hitch.Mower was serviced yearly by the local dealer. New blade belt and idler pulley was installed last year.There are two additional sets of sharpened blades that will be include with the mower.We are moving and no longer have a need for the mower.
