4 Packages of Eureka Graduation Wearable Hats. Each package contains 32 hats. There are a total of 128 hats. Each package is considered new and factory sealed from the company. One package has a slit in the front of it on the green label, but nothing was taken out or affected by the opening. There is a blue "X" on the bar code of every package. The winning buyer will receive all four packages for one price plus free domestic shipping. Shipping will be Priority Mail USPS.. The cost of the shipping box, packing materials, etc.. are NOT added as an extra. I don't try to fool people. If there is/are question(s) about shipping cost or method, its best to contact me before bidding or at least before the item is shipped to you. Regardless of the method, we can try to come to an agreement if there is a problem. There are no returns on these items. Once I receive payment, items will be shipped within two days, but closer to less than a day.
