Amazing twin dueling knights on horses jumping steeples with lances made from a cast metal. I have no authority on knowing exact metal or making process. I know these are very old, been in my family over two generations. extremely detailed and unique. I have never seen another pair anywhere and my research online turned up nothing. no makers marks that I could see or identify. they are about 8" high, and in nearly perfect condition. there is a slight crack and bend to the base on one figurine(see pictures), but that hardly can be seen when placed upright and displayed(shows to the rear). there are two spears that can be removed. one original the other has been made from modern materials. it fits and looks good, but to , be perfect an artisan could make a duplicate of the original pretty easily. you wont see another pair like this and priced to sell lower than similar, less detailed statues I have found sold online
