Effanbee 1931 Vinage Patsy Baby Doll - $125 - (Rockford, MI)

1931 Patsy Baby Doll 9 inches. Adorable doll. As you can see from the pictures, this doll was dearly loved by my mother who was born in 1930. It was given to her by her parents who were both from Germany. This doll is all composition with blinking beautiful blue eyes. The hair wig is partially coming off on the sides and the composition is cracked by her eyes, legs, feet and hands.
