8 watt tube amp was purchased as a kit by an Electrical Engineer to learn more about biasing tube electronics.Amp has high voltages on circuit board, but RTV silicone has been added to these bare points to protect user from electrical shock (see photographs).Nevertheless, care should be exercised when unit is plugged in. Tubes do get hot, and children should not be allowed to touch the amplifier while in operation. By purchasing this amp, buyer will not hold seller responsible for any injury or damage resulting in its use.
