Vintage swivel mid century office chair - $55 - (Steger, IL)

This is a brown Cloth and Vinyl Vintage Swivel office chair. Chair is in great condition, seat and back are free from any rips or tears, cloth seat is clean. Metal base is in great shape has some scratches consistant with age and use. Wheels roll Smoothly and freely. The only true flaw is I can't seem to get the chair to rise, I am not sure if it just need to be oiled or greased.
