Antique Salesman Sample Humpback Trunk - $75 - (De Witt, NE)

I believe this item to be from around 1900, it is made of wood covered with paper, some paper is missing. It has a metal lock, which has a part missing. There is a wonderful inscription on the inside lid, From Santa Claus, there is also written in crayon by a child, 1917. It measures about 15 3/4" long 10" tall and 9" wide. It has the original divided tray, one of the wood strips that holds the tray is gone. PLEASE NOTE eBay sets the prices shown for shipping, this item will absolutely cost more than $12.65.
