Excellent condition Bogen 3047 Heavy Duty pan-tilt tripod head. All actions smooth, the usual wear around the plate seat otherwise in great condition. The quick release plate latch works nicely. The bubble levels are good as well. Does not include any quick release plates! These are $10-14 here on Ebay or $18 new.
