They were from a pair of vintage microphones which are long gone, made in Korea. Selling as used, but I don't believe they've ever been used. They are slightly tapered, the front is approximately 19.37mm diameter and rear approximately 19.05mm diameter. If your microphone's neck is around 19mm at some point, it will probably fit into this stand. First photo shows front of one and back of the other, but they are both identical.
