Hand Made Very Large 22 Room Doll House With Some Furniture Needs Completing - $1,799 - (North Port, FL)
This is a large handmade dollhouse. It is not complete yet. This has 22 rooms and 3 floors! Some of the lights don't work. This comes with working windows and doors. The rear of the hose needs windows, but the 3 large hard to find windows are new in the boxes. I found those on Ebay a year ago for $50 each. The smaller windows are not included but are still available. There is trim included. The missing scrolls are included new in the package. So is the roofing shingles, & the textured paint to paint them. Matching paint is included in a small can. I had it computer matched. The house has some imperfections in the build such as some door installs. It looks more real that way. That could easily be repaired by a handy person. A couple rooms have some holes in the floor from previous activity. It all looks OK. This even has a working garage door that opens to the garage and then you enter the basement. Very unusual house. All furniture shown is included! The base had a skirt on it, but the skirt looked old. So I took it off. The base is where all parts will easily store. This house was made over 20 years ago. The Base measures 30" wide by 23 1/4" tall by 65 1/8" long. The house alone measures 61" long(including the front stairs) by 29 3/4" wide by 39 1/2" tall. Total height from ground approx. 63". I had planned to add a railing around the roof and a chimney. That would have increased the height. It needs a person that is capable of installing the trim and windows. This is a large house and would be envy of your friends. I can't ship this. The house & wood it is on will come off the base. Ask any questions before bidding.
