This is a great holster by the famous Texas maker SHELTON-PAYNE ARMS CO. Out of El Paso. The holster will fit your Colt 1903 or 1908 automatic perfectly. The holster has held up beautifully with no tears and no missing stitching. The maker used heavy duty saddle leather and stitching. The makers mark reads "SHELTON-PAYNE ARMS CO. MAKERS EL PASO, TEX." and is very clear. The loop that has the makers mark is firmly attached. This is a great, old rare holster from a very collectible Texas maker.
