Rolleiflex 2.8e TLR Medium Format Film Camera with Extras - $1,250 - (Show Low, AZ)

Here is the Rolleiflex 2.8E Medium Format Film Camera. It uses 120mm and 35mm film with the 35mm adapter that is included. This camera has the Scheider Xenotar 2.8/80mm Taking Lens and Shneider Heidosmat 2.8/80mm Finder Lens both with bayonet 3 attachment. I Acquired this Kit from the original owner. It was purchased in Japan in 1956. It was used for family photos for over 35 years and was in climate controlled storage for over 20 years in a smoke free house. This Camera is in superb cosmetic condition and works well for being over 60 years old. I have not taken any pictures with it but I noted that the Light Meter works though cannot test for accuracy. The Lenses are clean and clear with no sign of fogging or fungus. There are some small scuffs here and there from normal use and the shutter speeds seem correct (Except for 8-1 which are sticky and some times stick open), I attribute this to long period of storage causing lubrication to dry out. I would strongly recommend a CLA by a Rollei Expert (which I am not). It comes with all items pictured: Walz lens and filter kit, Leather Case, Over 300 pages of illustrated instructions and a vintage leather camera bag. Serial number is 1638324.
