PCGS Jefferson nickel double-denomination on 2000-D Lincoln cent, with the nickel strike 80% off-center. The nickel strike shows design on both sides, adding to the coin's eye-appeal. A very rare multi-error, and this error combination is typically only seen on cents on dime (although it's also rare on those series.) This coin is unique or very close to it. The error occurred when a struck cent was fed into a press striking Jefferson nickels and was struck off-center, resulting in a coin with a cent strike as well as an off-center nickel strike.
