This item was a store return. At first we thought it was new, however, I did feel inside the hot water side and noticed water had been in the tank. We do not have a way to test this unit. Therefore, we ask that if you purchase, you test it immediately, as we do have quite a bit of money in it, and can get a refund, but only if we return it to our supplier within 30 days from 5/10/17. However, based on the appearance, we believe this unit will function without an issue. Includes only the tank and paperwork. Thanks for looking and hopefully it is what your looking for.
