Queens of the Stone Age "Songs for the Deaf" autographed CD insert. See photos for condition. Slight wear around the edges, but nice overall. CD not included; just the signed insert. Would look great framed! I don't know who the three signatures are... this was a gift from a friend who dated someone associated with the band years ago. If you're a fan of QotSA you surely know better than I do. :)
