This is NOT returnable - Research this before you purchase as from what I have been reading, it canbe difficult to set up if your not tech savy... Best to fit dogs that are OVER 50lbs or neck size at least 17" in diameter.. It will fit smaller neck 15" howeverit won't sit right or look right, as in too big.. The collar is adjustable, however I would not put on smaller dog.You can also remove the collar it comes with, which is about 1" wide and put the camera on a similar width collarthat will fit through the slots for the collar.
