Original drawing by British outsider artist Albert Louden. 14 1/2 x 10 1/2 framed to 21 1/2 x 17 1/2. Drawing is in very good condition. It needs to be reset in the matt and I would recommend putting glass in the frame. Albert Louden was born in 1943 in the seaside down of Blackpool. He left school at age 15 and worked a variety of driving related jobs. At 19 he felt compelled to start making art and painted part time for the next 20 years. In 1985 he exhibited his art at London's Serpentine Gallery. Louden's work is primarily figurative, almost abstract like. He displays regularly in museums and galleries and has always stayed true to his art.
