This a stylized representation of the Winged Victory of Samothrace in the Lourve, Paris with the movie Casablanca. The figure of Ilsa, in the movie, is trying to flee Casablanca with the aid of her ex-lover Rick. Rick owns Rick's Cafe Americain - so the title: Winged Ilsa of Rick's Place.
