GREAT ESTATE FIND Antique Victorian Hand Painted Porcelain Cane Topper wrapped with Sterling Silver Lace. Features Man and Woman, French maybe... could be hand painted. I know Meissen made these but not sure if this is one of them. SEE PICS Has dowel set already, just need a cane.
