Large mixed lot of Perm Rods, Papers and Cellucotton - $23 - (Pequot Lakes, MN)

Lot of 384 perm rods - swing arm and elastic, some vintage, various sizes. One box of jumbo end wrap papers, about 2/3rds of box (1000 sheets (new)) is left. One box of regular end wrap papers (1000 sheets), looks like maybe a few were used. Two boxes of Cellucotton (40 ft.), one is approximately 1/2 full and the other looks like very little if any was used. Cellucotton is used as a headband with perms to catch drips. The perm rods have been used, so there may be hair in them. There are also some vintage metal clips as pictured. I found a few more to go with the lot, so there are a total of seven metal clips.
