Vintage German or Russian painted cast iron man with clock - $2,400 - (Oliver Springs, TN)

Antique clocks states this is a German version are a Russian clock peddler. It's cast-iron weighs approximately 5 pounds. The figure on the black pedestal has brown boots, green pants, red jacket trimmed in gold with black belt. The hat is black with a gold band around it. The man has a goatee and mustache in black, and black hair. This is a one day wind up clock it will run. The hour hand needs to be tightened otherwise everything functions. This clock was brought to America after World War I or II. this clock is hand-painted and the pedestal that he stands on his black. I have seen similar clocks to this except smaller for over $5000.
