Exterior of front and rear cover is a bit dirty and stained but everything is still legible.The binding is still intact. Their is a 1.5" tear in lower inside corner of front cover next to the binding.The first page does have the delivery record filled out and signed by the new owner.For the first 23 pages there bottom right hand corners are folded over slight- no major issue.None of the other pages have any writing on them and are really pretty clean. Only a couple light smudges throughout but everything is still visible to read. Really a nice copy of this manual considering its age.
