Antique Advertising Calendar 1909 Wisner Bank Framed With De Longpre Rose Print - $200 - (Cypress, CA)

I picked this up at the estate sale of an elderly woman who passed so I really cant tell you much about it except it appears to be quite old possibly a bank giveaway that was framed? Framed with glass measuring about 15 in. tall x 18 in. wide. There is some damage to the frame as shown in the photos also on the back paper cover. Please look at all photos. Thank you!
