Tintype of 2 Fireman / Firefighters in Uniform smoking Cigars very clear image - $245 - (Cape Charles, VA)

Really cool tintype of two seated fireman who are wearing uniform with belts, badges, hats and boleros (?) while smoking cigars!!! The image is amazingly clear and maybe with a scope of some kind you might be able to decipher the name of the town on their hats. The photos I took were with my i-phone so keep that in mind when looking at them.
