Vintage Kollmorgen Corp Brass Spy Glass Telescope "Works" - $1,000 - (Anza, CA)

Approximately 11" closed 32 1/2" fully expanded. Has the covers for both ends. I would imagine it had a shoulder sling at one time but not sure. The black leather encased around it is scuffed up. The only writing I can see on it is kollmorgen optical corp Brooklyn N.Y. Don't know much about it but will answer any questions or would appreciate any knowledge
