1907 Indian Head Penny set in Arrowhead Bolo Tie - $20 - (Graceville, FL)

A collectible 1907 Indian head penny has been mounted to a metal arrowhead shape and then strung onto a plaited leather cord or "string ". This bolo tie is about 38" long and shows some wear on the leather, but nothing is broken or unbraided. It seems fixed where the clasps grab the leather, and I would not move it, as it is even, perhaps by design. My husband acquired it on an Indian reservation (he being a Choctaw). I do not know if it was made by local craftsmen. There are no maker's marks.
