Audix six channel microphone preamps with EQ Neve Calrec mixer mic pre equalizer - $595 - (Asheville, NC)

1970's Audix rack mount six channel microphone preamps with bass/treble equalizer on each channel. Audix was started by former Neve employees in England in the 1970's. Originally this was made to add 6 more Mic preamps to an Audix MXT100 mixer. Electronics are all class A discrete transistor like early Neve mic preamps. Preamps are on plug-in cards for easy servicing. Capacitors may need replacing due to age. Input transformers tested good. Needs 24 volt DC power supply which is not included. Connectors will need to be changed to XLR type. Great diy project unit. Sold AS IS untested for parts or restoration. Looks great and in very good physical shape.
