Gorgeous leaf brooch with swirl of prong set clear & blue round and marquise cut rhinestones around top side. The pin is 1-3/4" x 1-1/2" with spinning "c" closure. Marked "Sterling" with CA over straight arrow (Carl Art 30s-40s mark).
