1931 Plaster Sculpture Torp Scandinavian? Deco Classical Woman Verdigris Color - $250 - (Chapel Hill, NC)

This vintage plaster bust is signed at the base, but I'm unable to decipher the name: most of the letters are clear but I'm unable to figure out what the third letter of last name is. Looks like a tiny "o" that's not aligned with rest of letters--maybe this is a Scandinavian artist--just a guess and I would very much appreciate any information! The surface is painted to resemble verdigris on bronze. As shown, there are small scratches and a chip under nose that has been darkened with paint or ink. The bust measures approximately 11&3/4" tall including the wood plinth. It weighs approximately five pounds.
