Cast Iron Elgin National Coffee Mill #40. - $2,850 - (Anderson, SC)

This is an original Cast Iron Elgin National Coffee Mill #40. The grinder measures about 27" high. The wheels turn easily and the top opens and closes. The small latch that holds the coffee, slides is missing The mill is marked Woodruff & Edwards so it is probably from the 1800's. Handle is off as shown in the picture. Everything looks to be original although I am not an expert. Elgin coffee grinder from the 1800s in excellent shape No repair's made or needed. It is in working order May want to correct paint to period correct but we left it as we purchased. We have redecorated and no longer have room. Excellent piece to add to your collection Museum quality
