RARE French Joustra Ceji Wham-o FUN FOUNTAIN Clown Hat Sprinkler Water Toy 1979 - $500 - (Burnsville, MN)
Rare French variant Fun Fountain that was exported by Wham-O in the late 70's but somehow made it back to the states. It was sold in France, Germany, Italy and the UK with instructions written in multiple languages and each side of the box has labeling marketed for that country. Company name on the box is Joustra which is also known as Ceji. Has a sticker on top that says "Fun Fountain Wham-O Mfg Co California USA" but the rest of the box graphics are foreign. Noticeable differences between the USA version and this edition: USA: White Head / France: Yellow Head USA: Yellow Hat with Orange top / France: Blue Hat with Yellow top USA: Orange nose and sides / France: Red nose and yellow sides Among other minor differences, but these are the most noticeable. Also note that graphics on the box are similar to the USA version but they do vary quite a bit.
