Ebay's functions only allows for 14 days. Therefore, I will allow returns if requested within 24 of receipt of coin. Time will be determined based on when tracking says an item is delivered. Ergo, once an item is showing as having been delivered via usps tracking, the buyer will have 24 hours to request a refund. The buyer will then be given 48 hours to upload return tracking information as well as show the item has been shipped. If both conditions are met, a full refund will be given. If both conditions are not met, a 10% restocking fee will apply. This policy is in place simply to stop unscrupulous buyers from purchasing an item, shopping it around for 13 days and then if unable to resell, request a refund.
