For sale is a lightly used excellent condition Calumet Studio Tripod TC 7960 Geared Center Column. This is a heavy duty quality aluminum tripod weighing approximately 14.4 lbs. It extends to approximately 67 inches without the center column extended, and extends to approximately 77 inches with the center column extended. The center column is geared and operates very smoothly and is very solidly built. This tripod is ideal for studio work and macro work especially because of the excellent geared center column which is operated by the handle on the side of the gear box as shown in the attached photos. The tripod is in excellent condition with little signs of use except there is some scuffing on the legs from opening and closing the legs in normal operation and other signs of normal but gentle use. Please note this is a hefty tripod as indicated by the weight noted above and is not a lightweight tripod. No tripod head is included - you will have to obtain your own separate tripod head to attach to the existing 3/8 bolt shown on the top of the tripod base.
