Buy now before it gets sold to someone else! I am the original owner, and this is a strong drill I purchased it for a select job and I have hardly used it since, collecting dust more than anything. Besides the tiny scratches you can't tell any difference with this drill and a brand new one as far as performance or power both batteries are good batteries as well.
