Beautiful Handstitched ~ Hand Quilted ~ Flour Sack Patchwork Quilt ~ 92 X 74 - $100 - (Hawkins, TX)

This is a really nice quilt. It's hand constructed and beautifully hand quilted but also has some machine stitching in the border. I'm not sure of the age because it looks so good but I feel sure the patchwork is done with feed and flour sack material. It has a cotton lining which makes it a heavier weight. It 's 100% cotton and the backing looks like a heavy cotton muslin with several red and blue stripes running through it. There are no rips or tears that I can see and no odors, but there are several very minor stains on the back. It measures 92 X 74 and in beautiful condition. Very nice.
