Hand-tooled, bench-crafted leather journal from the artisans at Oberon Design, made in the USA!. Icon journals are a style featuring a colorful detailed embossed leather panel inserted into the black leather cover. Each refillable journal cover is hand constructed from custom tanned cowhide using time-tested tooling and leather sewing techniques in the Oberon Design shop in California. It's designed to last a lifetime. Inside covers are lined with black leather 4"-deep pockets to hold the covers of the journal insert in place. The company name, "Oberon Design," is tooled into the top of the inside back cover. An insert with suggested care methods for your journal is included. Size: 6" x 9" (Large) holds one 5.5" x 8.5" book. First insert book is included. Insert is a black hard-bound book with heavy bond, unlined paper. A lined template sheet that can be inserted behind each page is included to facilitate writing.
